Filter Vessels

Filter vessels can be classified by construction materials, pressure/temperature rating, ASME code or non-code, vertical or horizontal, simplex or duplex, cartridge or bag, media bed, intake or exhaust, panel, backwashing, etc.

Engineered Equipment

This filtration equipment is sized, designed and fabricated from specification data created during a process of coordinated input and review by plant engineering, operations and/or maintenance supervision personnel.

Rentals

Rental filter units are skid mounted for mobility and utilization of forklift equipment. Most units have cartridge loading platforms and flow rate capabilities from 50 to 2500 gpm.

Ultrasonic Filter Cleaning

An ultrasonic cleaner is a cleaning device that uses ultrasound (usually from 20-400 kHz) and a compatible cleaning solvent (sometimes ordinary tap water) to clean delicate items.

Repair & Recovery

Repairable filters provided by Airmaze, Ingersoll Rand, Solberg, Stoddard and others can be repaired and recovered within 2 weeks or less. A large stock of perforated metal, woven wire and other materials in carbon steel and alloy metals are on hand for rapid turnaround.

Custom Sewn Industrial Fabrics

Stock fabrics include woven and needled felt filtration cloth made from polypropylene, polyester, Teflon, Nomex, Nylon, Fiberglass, P84, cotton, Ryton and acrylic homopolymers.
